Self-tapping screws for sandwich panels in steel construction (galvanized steel)
We offer TEX self-tapping screws for fixing sandwich panels to a steel structure. The self-tapping screws are made of high-grade galvanized steel with a vulcanized and galvanized EPDM pad.
The diameter of the screw is 5.5 mm, the width of the head is 8 mm hexagon, the length of the drill bit is 15 mm. Screw lengths are from 65-300mm. Recommended for fixing roof and wall panels.

We offer these screw variants
TEX self-tapping screws are made of galvanized stainless steel. Drilling capacity is from 4-12mm. Hexagonal 8mm threaded head (10.5mm diameter whole head). The EPDM pad is galvanized and vulcanized in sizes 16mm (standard), 19mm and 22mm.
The use of the screw is for steel structures without pre-drilling using a battery-powered drill (1000-1800 rpm). The total length of the screws is from 65-300mm (L), drill diameter 5.5mm, drill length 15mm, 6.3mm top thread for better tightening. Screws are calculated at 3-5% of the price of the panels (when estimating the quantity). Available in any RAL color for an additional fee.
