Book arrived in excellent condition - as new. Lots of tasty recipes. I have already made the roast chicken and it was moist and delicious

Recipes in this book should be usable with any other make of cast iron cookware; the fact that it is published by Le Creuset just means they can charge more for it, just like the cookware!! Having said that, the book is beautifully illustrated and the whole publication is of the quality that you would expect from this company. The recipes are very imaginative and creative and I can't wait to try some of them, and it clearly distinguishes between those that would be better in a tagine, casserole or grill pan. It was certainly a bargain at the price I paid on Ebay.

Great pictures of the prepared food dishes and easy to understand recipes. There is a good variety of recipes with unique food and herb/spice combinations.

Very French for US cooks. I found a few recipes I will try, thats it. Could have pulled them off online. I expected more from the brand.
