Do not carry pot until cool. Do not put water on hot or flaming shortening.

This does not have trans fat in it.
I had given up Crisco for a long time because I thought it did, but they removed it.

I use this for biscuits. It makes great bisquits and dumplings, and it is very good to grease a brownie or cake pan in, because of the butter flavor.

It is one of my baking staples. I get it on Amazon a lot because often it is cheaper on Amazon than in the grocery store.

Pay attention - price was very high but I needed it so I bought it. Come to find out it's a can the size of a coffee mug., not the normal size in stores. Plus they charged more than the normal size. Very bad deal. My fault for not reading fine print. Bad Buy
